Register Your Vehicle for a Temporary Stay in Barbados

Use this service to register a foreign vehicle for a temporary stay in Barbados and obtain an International Circulation Permit. This service is free of charge.

Upon successful registration you will receive:

  • LA 66 – White Card (Permit Disc)
  • LA 67 – Yellow Card (Registration Particulars)

These must be collected in person from the BLA office.

What you will need to share

Before you start, make sure you have the following information available:

  • Valid insurance certificate or Green Card (international insurance certificate)
  • Your full name and contact details
  • Full vehicle details including make, model, year and colour
  • Chassis number
  • Engine number or motor number
